Lisa Mendoza has a unique mix of executive experience developing & managing a diverse portfolio of urban developments that spans the last 20 years. Her strengthen in asset management, operations, project management, construction and financing has allowed her to wear multiple hats, bringing her talents and skills into all aspects of affordable housing.
A graduate of San Diego State University; Lisa relocated to San Francisco after revitalizing the Little Italy, Gaslamp and East Village neighborhoods in San Diego with a series of infill affordable and market rate housing, historic renovation, hotels and mixed-use developments totaling more than $250 million in affordable & market rate housing, including 5 historic SRO’s.
Her deep family roots hale from the Mission District, where she spent much of her time as a child and is now proud to work and serve in this community. In her spare time Lisa enjoys hiking with her young dog Santo, paddle boarding with friends and riding horses with her daughter.
